T.H.U.M.B.- Primordial Echoes For Modern Bigfoots [Go Down]

Back in 2004, T.H.U.M.B released Lunar Flight: brain-warping psychedelia by-way-of space-age drones and Blue Cheer fuzz. Having made plenty of noise, but very little impact, the Italians went into hiding. Eight years on, the band has gone for broke: Los Angeles-based Skillit providing the artwork, and Go Down Records providing the tools. Churning and floating between, turbulent guitar drones and soaring vocals, while even finding time for raw, bluegrass-boogie (‘Lived Namow’), Bigfoot is an impactful metaphor.
